Products
Every Foundations Decor piece is individually handcrafted. Because each item is made by hand, slight variations in color, finish, wood grain, texture, and other details are normal and make each piece unique. Product photos are intended to represent the overall design but may not exactly match the item you receive.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During periods of high order volume or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping
- We currently ship anywhere within the United States.
- Shipping rates start at $9.99.
- Orders are generally shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase.
- If an item becomes unavailable or is out of stock after your order is placed, you will be notified promptly and issued a refund for the unavailable item.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Before returning any merchandise, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA)
number. - To request an RA number, email Support@foundationsdecor.com and include:
o Your order number
o The item(s) you wish to return - Once your RA number has been issued, return your item(s) to:

When returning your item:
- Clearly include your RA number with the shipment.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Products should be unused and in resalable condition.
Once your return is received and inspected to confirm it meets these requirements, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to post the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
Wholesale & Resale Policy
Foundations Decor products are intended for personal use unless otherwise authorized.
Our products may not be resold, redistributed, or marketed by another individual or business without prior written permission from Foundations Decor.

Pricing & Availability
We reserve the right to change pricing, discontinue products, or modify product availability without prior notice. We also reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.
