This short video shows very clearly how to use a paper file to trim the paper around your project.
Let the adhesive dry that you used to adhere the paper to the wood.
Once dry, use firm strokes downward against the edge of the wood to cut your paper off perfectly!

We almost always put a clear spray over our projects as our finishing step. The spray puts a protectant over your projects to keep the paper from getting scuffed easily and the paint from getting scratched or chipped easily.
